梱包の際は外箱にへこみやキズが付かないよう十分に配慮のうえ、出荷準備をいたしております。
しかし、配送業者に引き渡し後に輸送中に何らかのトラブルや、配送業者の責任による損傷などが発生する可能性はございます
本体のご使用にあたって支障のない範囲の外箱のへこみやキズ等は、ご理解頂けますようお願い申し上げます。

We will ship your order within 10 business days of receipt.
This does not apply to areas affected by natural disasters or hosting large-scale events.

<Damage During Shipping>
We take great care during packaging to ensure the outer box is free of dents or scratches before preparing your order for shipment.
However, there is a possibility that issues may arise during transit after the package is handed over to the carrier, or that damage may occur due to the carrier’s negligence.
We kindly ask for your understanding regarding minor dents or scratches on the outer box that do not affect the functionality of the product itself.
